How does Cost Of Goods Sold (COGS) work?

, COGS won't be tracked in Square due to current limitations with their API. However, we'll keep track of COGS on our side for your reference. If you're a Square Premium subscriber, you may choose to adjust inventory via Purchase Order files which we generate, allowing Square to track COGS as usual.
